Second-Generation Engine Intake Manifold Thermal Insulator – GEN2

This thermal insulator is specially designed by Bu7abel Performance.

It reduces air temperature and prevents excessive heat transfer from the engine head to the intake manifold. This helps maintain cooler air and improve combustion efficiency, delivering maximum response and torque under the most demanding driving conditions.

Key Features

Advanced insulation material: An improved, high-quality material that provides stronger thermal insulation compared to previous generations, ensuring maximum possible air cooling.
Integrated silicone face: Comes with a ready-to-use integrated silicone system that ensures a complete seal and prevents air leakage.
Faster response and consistent torque: Reduces intake air temperature to increase oxygen density, improving throttle response while maintaining consistent torque and performance.
Perfect direct fit: Precisely laser-cut air and mounting bolt openings allow direct installation without any modifications.
Exceptional durability for heavy-duty use: Designed to withstand hot climates and high-intensity operation during drifting, desert driving, and racing without deformation.

Recommended Use

Daily-use vehicles.
Modified engines (turbo or supercharged), track vehicles, and heavy-duty desert use.

Installation Method

Remove the engine intake manifold and install the thermal insulator in place of the OEM gasket.
Install the thermal insulator directly without applying any sealant or silicone.
